Shipping Methods

Once the order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number with the estimated delivery times (in business days):

• USA: 2-5 business days
• Australia: 9-17 business days
• Canada: 4-9 business days
• EU: 7-14 business days
• Latin America: 6-12 business days
• Rest of the world: 21-28 business days

Special Considerations

• Priority Shipping & Insurance: If you choose Priority Shipping & Insurance, your order will be shipped first in line and insured. In case of a lost package, we will resend it for free, using the same carrier unless you purchased expedited shipping. In that case, it will be resent using a faster service.

• Customs & Import Taxes: Please note that we do not cover customs or import duties, as these are determined by your country's government and local regulations. Any customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We ship using USPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location. Most US orders are shipped via FedEx, while international orders typically ship via DHL Global Economy.
